What data do we collect?
Our Company collects the following data:

- If applying for a position with our Company, it could also include your personal address, gender, sex, age, and other data contained in your CV and/or your position application, depending on what you provide to our Company and the laws governing the data based on the country of origin.

You directly provide our Company with the majority of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- Submit a CV when applying for a position with our company;

How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data in Microsoft (MS) OneDrive cloud storage. Many layers of security precautions (access control, security monitoring, standard operating procedures) exist to prevent unauthorized access to your data, to reduce the likelihood of a data breach and to quickly detect and mitigate the consequences should a breach occur.
These measures include a “zero-standing access” policy for MS data engineers (i.e. access is only granted in response to a specific incident and given for a limited time with the lowest level of privilege required), two-factor authentication for Company users and encryption of your data that is transmitted to and stored on the MS cloud servers.
Our Company will keep your data for up to 3 years depending on regulatory requirements. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our MS cloud storage.
