Many layers of security precautions (access control, security monitoring, standard operating procedures) exist to prevent unauthorized access to your data, to reduce the likelihood of a data breach and to quickly detect and mitigate the consequences should a breach occur.

These measures include a “zero-standing access” policy for MS data engineers (i.e. access is only granted in response to a specific incident and given for a limited time with the lowest level of privilege required), two-factor authentication for Company users and encryption of your data that is transmitted to and stored on the MS cloud servers.

Our Company will keep your data for up to 3 years depending on regulatory requirements. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our MS cloud storage.
