Moller Holding and the Iv3 Aqua team.

Iv3 Aqua is the preferred water supplier to Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard (ASRY), the leading maritime repair and fabrication facility in the Arabian Gulf since 1977.
The Philippines
Iv3 Aqua is a shareholder in Subic Water and Sewage Company Co., Inc. (SUBICWATER), established in 1997 as the first private water utility in the Philippines.
Oman
Iv3 Aqua is the owner of Qurayyat Desalination SAOC (QDC) which operates one of the largest seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plants in Oman.
Why Iv3 Aqua is different from traditional water companies
Unlike most other companies in the water and wastewater industry, Iv3 Aqua does not sell equipment, does not provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services, and does not provide separate operations and maintenance (O&M) services. Why not? Because our success has come from our focus on long-term partnerships with our clients.
We seek to avoid the not-always-obvious conflict of interest between EPC contractor, O&M service provider, project developer and the ultimate client. We regularly come across water plants that perform poorly as a result of the tension and the differing incentives between the various parties. We sometimes witness the inevitable “finger pointing” between the EPC contractor and O&M service provider. The EPC contractor and O&M service provider may be part of the same parent company but may be operated as separate business units with diverging incentives. Ultimately, the client suffers.
We believe the long-term alignment with our clients is best served by simply being the best capital provider and owner/operator we can be. No internal conflicts of interest or short-term objectives!
We are technology agnostic. We do not have our own, in-house “technology solutions” or branded products. We specify, install and maintain the equipment we have come to trust for the long term and that our long and varied experience has taught us is most appropriate for the local conditions and environment.
Industry relationships
Because Iv3 Aqua does not provide engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) services or sell equipment, we have long-standing relationships with experienced EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and other service providers, critical to our ability to be the most reliable partner for our clients. We continue to nurture these relationships and are open to establishing new relationships. Because we don’t compete with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers and other typical service providers, we are an attractive partner for these companies. We seek to use these relationships to enhance the reliability of our long-term client relationships.
