Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer – Former Chief Legal Officer for Culligan International, General Counsel for AquaVenture Holdings, including Seven Seas Water, and 18 years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for AES, a global independent power producer. Mr. Miller was former Counsel for Chadbourne & Parke LLC, an international law firm. Mr. Miller earned a BA from Boston College and a JD from UConn Law School.
