Former CEO of Ionics, Inc., (formerly NYSE listed). Mr. Brown was also the former CEO of Advent International, a global private equity firm. Mr. Brown earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
