Mr. Sengsouvanna was a key member of the engineering team at Seven Seas Water from 2012 to 2021. His 20-plus-years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects includes process design, project management, commissioning and operations support. Mr. Sengsouvanna is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with an Environmental specialization and has earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
